International deliveries and returns
We offer international delivery through your chosen Postnord Service point. We deliver packages carbon neutrally. Postnord compensates for the carbon dioxide emissions caused by the delivery. Read more here . Below you will find information about deliveries, delivery times and returns.
Delivery countries and methods
We deliver to the following EU countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria). We also deliver to Åland Islands VAT-free. Read more about VAT-free delivery to Åland Islands here . Shipping costs include postage and handling costs. We do not ship to areas where the EU VAT system does not apply (Germany: Büsingen and Helgoland), we do not ship to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
We deliver internationally to Sweden and Denmark with Postnord , where you can pick up your package at your nearest service point. To other European countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Åland) we deliver via Postnord's partner DPD.
We offer Internationally, both pick-up and home delivery. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Shortly after this email, the courier will send you a tracking notification with a tracking code. You can follow the status of your order by clicking on the code. You will be notified when your package is ready for pickup. Please note that your shipment will be held at the pickup location for 7 days before it is returned to Aquaction. However, you will receive a reminder from your courier before the time runs out.

Exchanges and returns
Exchanges
Products purchased from our online store cannot be exchanged directly. Instead, you must order a new product and return the original.
Return
AquaAction online store has a 30-day return policy. Unused and undamaged products with all original product labels and tags can be returned. Please note that Arena racing suits (Carbon series) are an exception. Purchased racing suits are not eligible for exchange or return, we sell all suits untrimmed so that the factory warranty remains on the suits.
Is there a charge for returning products?
We charge a handling fee of €6.95 for international returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
It may take up to 21 days for your return to be received and processed. You will be notified when your return has been processed.
Please follow the instructions below if you wish to return a product:
Step 1 All customers: Fill out the return form that you will find in your package. If the form is missing, please contact our customer service at info@aquaction.fi and we will send you a return form by email.
Step 2 Pack the products carefully. Use the original packaging if possible.
Step 3 For returns, please contact info@aquaction.fi to receive a return label. Print the return label and attach it to the package. Make sure it covers all original address information.
Step 4 Check the contact details of your local service point and return the package there. If you are returning a package from Finland, Sweden or Denmark, you can find the nearest service point here . If you are returning a package in any country, check the nearest service point here.
Returns from Åland will be picked up from your delivery address.
Step 5 You did it! Remember to keep your receipt and wait for your package to return to our warehouse, then you will receive your money back. If we need any information from you, we will contact you by email.
