Is there a charge for returning products?
The cost of returning products is €4.95 (domestic returns in Finland). These costs will be deducted from the amount of the products you returned.
Have you received my return?
It can sometimes take up to 14 days (Finland)/ 21 days (other countries) to receive and process the return. You will receive a notification by email when your replacement product has been posted or the refund has been activated.
Exchanging a product
If you want to exchange a product: return the original product and place a new order for the new product you want. You must pay shipping costs for the new order, if it does not exceed the €50 free shipping limit.Exchanging a promotional priced product
Exchanging a product purchased with a promotional price or with a discount code is done by returning the product and ordering the product again from the online store, just as exchanges are done for regular-priced products. If the product is no longer available in our online store at the same promotional price or the discount code is no longer valid, the customer is not entitled to the promotional price upon exchange, but must pay the current price displayed in the online store for the new product.
How do I return a product (Finland)?
Products have a statutory 30-day exchange and return right, except for racing suits (Carbon series). There is no exchange or return option for purchased racing suits, we sell all suits untrimmed so that we can maintain the factory warranty for the suits. Note: we do not accept orders returned in other ways.
The product must be returned using the delivery method you ordered it with.

The Posti return code is 636736.
You can return the shipment through a posti service point. Write our return code on the shipment and take the shipment to the post office or a posti service point.

Return instructions for orders delivered by Matkahuolto:
Matkahuolto's return code is 9546388.
You can make a return at any Matkahuolto return point (not at the machines), take the package to the counter and state the return code.
No additional postage will be charged for the return. You can find the nearest return point at: matkahuolto.fi/palvelupisteet

Product condition
The product must be in absolutely resaleable condition, unused and clean, and the sales packaging must be intact. If the product is damaged or broken, please send us a description of how the damage occurred when returning it.
