Shipping countries and methods
We ship to following EU countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithunia, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherland,Luxemburg and Austria). We also ship to Åland VAT free. Shipping costs cover postage and handling. We do not deliver to territories, which do not apply the EU Value Added Tax regime (Germany: Büsingen und Helgoland) we do not deliver to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
We ship internationally using Postnord to Sweden and Denmark where you can collect your parcel from your nearest service point. Other European countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithunia, Austria, Germany, Netherland, Luxemburg, and Åland) we ship via postnord’s partner dpd.
We only offer pick up point delivery internationally, the parcel will be delivered to your closest pick up point. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Soon after this message, courier will send you a tracking notification with a tracking code. You can monitor the status of your order by clicking the code. You will receive notification once your parcel is ready for pickup. Please note that your shipment will be held for 7 days in pick up point before being returned to Aquaction. However, you will receive your reminder from your courier before the time runs out.

Exhanges and returns
Products purchased via our online store cannot be exchanged directly. Instead, you will need to order the new product and return the original.
AquaAction online store has a 30-day return policy. Unused and undamaged products bearing all original product identifiers and tags can be returned. Please note that the exception to this are the arena racing suits (Carbon series). There is no exchange or return policy on purchased racing suits, we sell all suits untried in order to maintain the factory warranty on the suits.
Does it cost to return products?
No, but we will charge the original shipping costs if they were charged at the time of the original order.How long it takes to process the return?
Returns can take up to 21 days to be received and processed. You will be notified when your exchange item has been posted or your refund has been activated.
Please follow the instructions below if you wish to make a return:
Step 1 All customers: Fill in the return form you will find in your parcel. If you are missing the form contact our customer service email@example.com and we will then send you a return label.
Step 2 Pack the item(s) carefully. Use the original packaging if possible.
Step 3 Use the return label included in your package and attach it on top of the package. Make sure it covers all original address information.
Step 4. Check the contact information of your local Service Point and return parcel there. If you are returning parcel from Finland, Sweden, or Denmark find you closest service point here. If you are returning parcel in any country check you closest service point here.
Step 5. You made it! Remember to keep the receipt and wait your parcel to return to our warehouse, after that you will receive the refund. If we need information from you we will contact you via email.
