Primo is the world's first tenso-elastic competition swimsuit. Primo combines effective compression and particularly good flexibility in a new way. The suit supports the muscles and gives plenty of room for movement. The versatile novelty suit is suitable for all swimming sports and trips. The coloring of the Emerald Boa collection is inspired by the emerald boa, its speed, agility and strength.

The suit is the result of Arena's several years of development and research, which was carried out in close cooperation with top swimmers. The suit is not comparable to previous competition suits, as it is a completely new technology based on textile innovation. The word Primo is Italian for first.

The suit's new Hyperforce™ fabric is tensoelastic (tension + elasticity); the fabric is sturdy, but flexible. Primo combines the highest compression, durability and a completely new kind of flexibility throughout. The suit feels comfortable to wear and does not restrict movement.

The Hyperforce™ fabric has a flow-directing surface that reduces water resistance and improves gliding. The fabric is naturally water-repellent TPU fiber, which contributes to improving hydrodynamics. Thanks to the material, the suit can be recycled at the end of its useful life.

The front part of the suit has the familiar X-tape structure inside the suit from Arena's Carbon Glide suit. The X-shaped taping supports and stabilizes the middle body and connects the upper body to the pelvis. The tapes help to notice if the body twists too far during the stroke and return it to an economical, streamlined swimming position.

In the back of the suit, there are sturdy tapes on the backside and thighs inside the suit. The tapings raise the hips and legs, make it easier to extend the leg and maintain the correct swimming position when tired. The taping lift can be noticed especially in the turn and the dolphin kick.

The flexible suit is easy to put on, which speeds up the race day routines significantly. Primon can be put on in five minutes, while it might take 30-45 minutes to put on a traditional competition swimsuit. Still choose the same size as the previous Arena competition swimsuit or follow the size chart. The speed of putting on the suit does not indicate whether the size fits. The flexible Primo is comfortable to wear and still provides the highest level of compression.

The fabric added to the straps adds to the comfort. A silicone band in the leg mouth keeps the leg in place.

Care instructions: hand wash in cold water with mild soap after each use. Allow to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
