Then fill air reservoir number 2 by squeezing the bottom of the second valve with your fingers and then inflate the second air reservoir, closing the cap tightly and pushing the cap into the reservoir. Gently roll the bathing bell up the child's arm to the bicep. Do the same for the other float. Emptying the air tanks. Open the caps of the air tanks and squeeze the bottom of the valves with your fingers and with the other hand push the air out of the air tank. Do this line at a time.
