The short-bladed, open-edge fins are designed to strengthen your kick. Made from silicone, the fins are comfortable on the foot, the material is durable and UV-protected, which makes the fins highly resistant to outdoor and indoor use. The foot part of the flipper is designed for comfort and helps to avoid cramps when using the flippers. The flipper is suitable for both strength training and speed training, for example for training race pace. The idea of the fins is to get the feet horizontally in the right position with the water surface, which is important to achieve the right kicking technique. The fins have V-shaped edges, which are designed to allow the kick to move the water optimally and efficiently. The size chart is oriented to take into account the proportions of different sized feet, with small sizes having a proportionally longer toe than the inside of the foot to achieve an optimum fit (see image for more detailed dimensions).
