The package includes a lightweight and ergonomic kickboard for practicing kicking technique, a floating swim buoy for core control, and paddles to enhance arm pull. We recommend that beginner swimmers choose size S paddles. The equipment is designed especially for beginners and young swimmers who want to develop their swimming technique and muscle strength.
