How to send print-ready files

Once the quote is suitable, please email the logo to Elisa. We will confirm the final price and create a proof within three business days of receiving the materials.

This is how the material works best

• Vector format is best: ai, eps, or pdf. This ensures the logo scales sharply to any size.
• If a vector is not available, please send a PNG with a transparent background that is at least 1000 pixels wide.
• Please provide the colors as Pantone or CMYK codes, if known. The number of colors affects the price.
• For name printing, please send the names and sizes as a single list, for example as an Excel or CSV file.
• Please state the print location and desired size in centimeters, for example, 8 cm on the chest and 25 cm on the back.
• Please mention the quote number or date so that the materials can be linked to the correct order.

Large files can also be sent via WeTransfer or similar services.
