From quotation to delivery

  1. Tell me what you needProducts, estimated quantity, and when the equipment is needed. The logo is not required yet.
  2. You will receive an offerWe will respond within 24 hours and send a quote within two business days.
  3. Book a batchFor seasonal products, we confirm the batch reservation to ensure there is enough stock for the winter.
  4. Logo and proofFor products to be printed, we will provide a proof within three business days of receiving the logo.
  5. Delivery and invoiceWe will deliver as agreed and invoice using the business ID. For retailers, we will arrange replenishment orders separately.

You will receive a preliminary price without the logo file. The final price will be confirmed once we see the logo colors and the print size.

Schedule and terms

Transfer printing: minimum 10 pcs, setup fee €14.95, delivery 5–10 business days.
For seasonal products, quantities are limited, so reserve your share well in advance in the autumn.
Invoicing with a business ID (y-tunnus). Orders over €300 are shipped free of charge.

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to place a seasonal order?

In the autumn before the first snowfall. Batches are limited, and by the end of the year, the most popular sizes sell out first.

Can I get a member's name on the exchange jacket?

Yes. The club logo and the member's name can be printed on the jacket. Please specify in your request for a quote whether the name should be on all jackets.

Do you sell to ice saunas for resale?

Yes. Ice saunas and winter swimming spots can sell gloves, socks, and slippers to their customers. Request retail prices using the form.

What is the minimum for printing?

10 pieces with the same print and a setup fee of €14.95. Gloves, socks, and slippers will not have a print.

Can a member order themselves?

Yes, if an online store is opened for the club. Then the members order and pay themselves, and the club avoids having to collect the money.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, with a business ID. Orders over €300 are delivered free of shipping charges.
