The minimum order for swim caps is 50 units, and the delivery time is 4–6 weeks from proof approval. For transfer printing, the minimum is 10 units with a setup fee of €14.95. Request a quote for exact pricing

Frequently asked questions about club products
What is the minimum quantity?
50 pieces for swimming caps. For transfer printing, i.e. on mesh bags and clothing, 10 pieces with the same print and a setup fee of €14.95.
When do the competition caps need to be ordered?
Allow 4–6 weeks from proof approval to delivery, which in practice means about two months before the caps are needed. Please state your required date in the request for quote, and we will check the schedule.
Can you add the swimmer's name to the cap or mesh bag?
Yes. The name printing is done on a product-by-product basis next to the club logo. Please indicate in the request for quotation whether the name should be on all products or only some of them.
Is it possible to do a print for one teacher or a small batch?
For transfer printing, the minimum order is 10 pieces with the same design. Please inquire separately about name printing on individual pieces of equipment, and we will see how it can be arranged.
Does the club pay, or do the families pay themselves?
Both are possible. The club can place a bulk order on an invoice using its business ID, or we can open a dedicated online store for the club, where members can order and pay for their items themselves.
Can a swimming school resell products to families?
Yes. Many swimming schools order caps and mesh bags and sell them as part of the course fee or separately. Let us know the estimated quantity, and we will provide a quote accordingly.
Can a new swimmer order later?
Yes. We keep the print file on record, so you can order more with the same design. We will provide the minimum quantity and price for reorders in the quote. If you expect orders throughout the season, a dedicated club webshop is the easiest solution.
When should a club open its own online store?
When orders come in throughout the season and the club does not want to collect money and sizes itself. Tell us the number of members and an estimate of annual orders, and we will see if it is profitable for you.
Do we need to have the logo ready when we request a quote?
No need. You will receive a preliminary price based on the quantity and printing method. You can send the logo once the quote is suitable, and at that point, we will confirm the final price.
