International deliveries and returns

In addition to Finland, we deliver orders to several EU countries. On this page you will find our delivery methods, prices, delivery times and return instructions.

Delivery countries

Åland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden.

International orders are delivered by Matkahuolto and its partner networks. At checkout you can choose the pickup point or parcel locker that suits you best – we show the four nearest options based on your address.

We deliver to Åland VAT-free. Read more about VAT-free deliveries to Åland. We do not deliver to areas outside the EU VAT system (e.g. Büsingen and Heligoland), or to Greenland or the Faroe Islands.

Shipping costs

The final delivery options and prices are shown at checkout based on your delivery address, in your local currency where available.

Delivery time and tracking

Orders are usually dispatched from Tampere within 1–2 working days. Your parcel normally arrives 3–7 working days after you place your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code by email. The carrier will let you know when your parcel is ready for pickup and how long it will be held at the pickup point.

Exchanges and returns

Right of return
Our online store has a 30-day return policy. Unused and undamaged products with all original tags can be returned. The right of return does not apply to racing suits (Carbon series) or printed products.

Exchanges
Products cannot be exchanged directly. Please order the new product and return the original one.

Does returning cost anything?
For international returns we charge a handling fee of €6.95, which is deducted from your refund.

How to return a product

1. Contact us at info@aquaction.fi and we will send you return instructions and a return label.
2. Pack the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging, and include the return form from your parcel.

How long does it take to process a return?
Receiving and processing a return can take up to 21 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
