This is how printing works
Transfer printing is the most popular printing method for club apparel and promotional textiles. We carry out the printing in our own Tampere premises, so we keep the print quality and schedule in our own hands. We produce larger batches in Europe.
What is transfer printing?
The image or text is printed onto special paper, the reverse side of which is treated with a heat-activated adhesive. The print is applied to the product using heat and pressure with a heat press at a temperature of approximately 150 °C.
The method is suitable for cotton, polyester, mixed fabrics, and other smooth, heat-resistant materials.

We also print on your own products.
We can also print on your own textiles, provided the material can withstand a temperature of approximately 150 °C. We will check suitability before starting the work.
Common items include: club wear and team shirts, company logos on promotional textiles, tote bags and backpacks, aprons, bags, and vests.
How do you choose the material
First, select the intended use, and the number of models will drop to three. You can also mix and match: for example, a college hoodie for members and a softshell for coaches.
Sweatshirt fabric and cotton

All materials are decorated with transfer printing. The minimum order is 10 items with the same print and there is a setup fee of €14.95. Request a quote for an exact price
Tops
Hoodies, jackets and vests. Prices are consumer prices – the club price and printing costs will be calculated in the quote based on the quantity.
Bottoms
Sweatpants and technical training pants. With the same print as the tops.
Shirts and accessories
T-shirts, polo shirts, and headwear. These are often printed with just a chest logo.

Sizes, colors, and print locations
These four things should be agreed upon within the club before the order is placed. They will also speed up the preparation of the quote.
Sizes and size charts
The collection includes both adult and junior models. Sizes vary by brand, so we will send model-specific size charts along with the quote.
Please compile the sizes into a single list before ordering and allow for a 10–15% buffer for new members joining during the season.

Please specify the number and placement of the prints in your request for a quote. The price is determined by the number and size of the prints.
Colors
Most models are available in several colors. Let us know your club colors, and we will suggest the closest options and send you a color chart.
Please also mention how many colors are in your logo: the number of colors affects the printing cost.
Sponsors and multiple logos
In addition to the club logo, a partner's logo can be printed on the same product.
Agree on the placement of sponsor logos before ordering, as they are often specified in the partnership agreement. Changes after the proof is provided will delay delivery.

You will receive a preliminary price without the logo file. The final price will be confirmed once we see the logo colors and the print size.
Schedule and terms
Please allow approximately three weeks from the request for a quote to delivery: quote 2 business days, proof 3 business days, and printing 5–10 business days.
If the gear is needed for the start of the season, please begin about a month earlier.
Minimum 10 pcs with the same print, setup fee €14.95. Invoicing via business ID (y-tunnus).

How do we ensure the correct sizes?
We will send model-specific size charts with the quote, as sizes vary between brands. Please compile the sizes into one list and allow for a 10–15% buffer for new members joining during the season.
Can we see or try the products before ordering?
Let us know which models you are interested in, and we will arrange for you to see them. Our store is located in Tampere, Pellervonkatu 9.
Are the products available in the club's colors?
Most models are available in several colors. Let us know your club colors, and we will suggest the closest options and send you a color chart.
Where can the print be placed?
The most common locations are left chest, center chest, back, sleeve, and pant leg. A single product can have multiple prints, for example, a club logo on the chest and a player's name on the sleeve.
What is the minimum and how much does printing cost?
The minimum is 10 pieces with the same print. The setup fee for transfer printing is €14.95, and the unit price is determined by the quantity, size, and colors of the prints.
Can I order more in the middle of the season?
Yes. We save the order details and the print file, so reordering with the same prints is possible. We will state the minimum quantity and price for reorders in the quote.
Does the page show the final price?
No. The prices on the page are consumer prices for a single product. The price for the club/association is calculated based on quantity and prints, and you will receive it in a quote within two business days.
Can the printing be done on my own products?
In most cases yes, as long as the material can withstand a temperature of approximately 150 °C. We will check the suitability before starting the work. We print on both customers' own products and on ready-to-print clothing from Craft and Clique.
Can I use my own logo or image for the print?
Yes. You will send the logo or image file by email after the quote has been accepted, and we will assist with finalizing it if necessary. The print file will be kept on record, so reordering can be done without needing to provide new materials.
What is the delivery time?
Transfer-printed products 5–10 business days from approval of the proof. For full collection orders, allow approximately three weeks from the request for quotation to delivery. In urgent cases, please inquire separately about an expedited schedule.
