Goggles leaking?
First, try the nose bridge size and only then the strap tension. An overly tight strap will not fix a leak.

Rinse the equipment
Rinse the goggles and cap with cold water after each use, and they will last significantly longer.

Do not wipe the lenses
The anti-fog coating is on the inside of the lens. Wiping will wear it off, so let the glasses dry by themselves.
