If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one, as neoprene is not very flexible.

Measuring instructions:

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits.

Waist: Measure around your waist between the top of your hip bone and the bottom of your ribs.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your buttocks.

Torso: Measure the length of your torso from your shoulder to your crotch.
