Once you've chosen good swimming goggles, it's time to choose the right lens shade for yourself.
The different lens colors are basically aimed at slightly different swimming conditions, but in addition, the choice of lens color is also influenced by personal preferences. The lenses are roughly divided into three different options:

Swim in the eternal sun as these lenses effectively brighten your world. Gold mirror lenses work very similarly to light blue mirror lenses. The lenses slightly prevent the worst glare from the sun, but still offer good transparency even in indoor conditions.
Choose a golden mirror lens when:
I'm looking for glass, both indoor and outdoor, but you also like to swim on darker days when the sun isn't brightening the view.

Blue-tinted mirror lenses are often found in two slightly different shades: Clearly darker and lighter transparent.
Most of the blue lenses slightly brighten the underwater view, so you can easily choose these lenses for both indoor and outdoor use.
Darker blue lenses prevent the reflective effect of the sun a little better than light ones, but on the other hand they also darken the view a little more on dry land.
Choose a dark blue mirror lens when:
You want to prevent glare, but you want to get along with the same glass in swimming pools.

Choose a light blue mirror lens when:
You want to brighten the underwater view, but also see as clearly as possible above the water.

Silver mirror lenses darken the view most effectively, but on the other hand they also prevent glare the best.
They work brilliantly in very bright halls and on sunny open water swimming days. On the other hand, they can make the view too dark when swimming in darker conditions.
Choose a silver mirror lens when:
You want to prevent glare as effectively as possible

You can find smoked lenses in several colors, but the most common of these are black, blue and pink.
All of these lenses modify your view slightly to match the color of the lens, but still maintain good transparency.
Darkness order of smoked lenses from darkest to lightest:
Black > Blue > Pink
These lenses prevent a little more glare than a fully clear lens, but are still basically intended especially for indoor swimming and darker outdoor conditions. So if swimming in very bright conditions is challenging for you, we recommend you to choose a darker option than smoke lenses.
Choose a smoke lens when:
You are looking for a good universal glass for a wide range of swimming uses, because this glass will at least "do well" everywhere.

Lenses that reproduce colors best of all in their natural colors.
Your choice, if you swim in very dark conditions or you want the most unobstructed view possible, for example due to poor eyesight.
However, the lens is not the best choice for those who are disturbed by very bright conditions.
Choose a clear lens when
You want the colors to be reproduced naturally and you want to ensure the greatest possible transparency in all conditions.
