Primo is the world's first tenso-elastic competition swimsuit. The suit is the result of several years of development and research by Arena, carried out in close collaboration with top swimmers. Primo combines effective compression and particularly good elasticity in a new way. The suit supports the muscles and provides good room for movement. The versatile new suit is suitable for all swimming disciplines and trips.

The suit's new Hyperforce fabric is tenso-elastic (tension + elasticity); the fabric is firm but flexible. Primo combines the highest compression, durability and a completely new type of elasticity throughout. Primo feels comfortable to wear and does not restrict movement. The flexible suit is easy to put on and may even feel loose at first. However, follow the size chart, as you will only feel the compression in the water.

The Hyperforce fabric has a flow-controlling surface that reduces water resistance and improves glide. The fabric is made of water-repellent TPU fiber, which contributes to improved hydrodynamics. Thanks to the material, the suit can be recycled at the end of its useful life.

The front of the suit features the X-tape structure found on Arena's Carbon Glide suit inside the suit. The X-shaped tapes support and stabilize the core and connect the upper body to the hips. The tapes help to detect if the body is twisting too far during the stroke and return you to an economical, streamlined swimming position.

The back of the suit features the familiar double taping on the back and back thighs from Arena's Core FX suit. The double taping elevates the hips in the water and makes it easier to maintain the correct swimming position when tired. The lift of the double taping is especially noticeable during turns and dolphin kicks.

For the first time, Arena's competition swimsuit is available in two different lengths, depending on the length of the upper body. The longer length is available in sizes 30–34. The fabric added to the straps also increases comfort. The silicone band at the leg opening keeps the leg in place.
