The Stretchcordz The Safety Long Belt Slider is the perfect solution for swimming coaches and swimmers. The Safety Long Belt Slider enables the product to be used easily by different swimmers and the shift change is very quick between swimmers, even in the middle of training.
The Safety Long Belt Slider provides swimming and retraction resistance to improve strength and endurance. Accelerate faster, strengthen the finish of each stroke and improve your time. The embedded safety rope runs the entire length of the rope and acts as a limiter to prevent excessive stretching. The rope made of special latex is 7.5 m long and stretches up to 25 m.
The green rope offers 3.6 to 10.8 kg of resistance.
The red rope offers 5.4-14.1 kg of resistance.
