Does it cost anything to return products?
For the return of the products, the costs caused by the return will be charged, €6.95. These costs are deducted from the amount of the products you return.
Have you received my return?
Returns can sometimes take up to 21 days to be received and processed. You will be notified when your exchange item has been posted or your refund has been activated.
Exchanging your product
If you want to exchange your product: return the original product and place a new order for the new product you want. The new order will be subject to shipping charges, provided it does not exceed the free shipping limit.
Replacing a promotionally priced product
To exchange a product purchased at a promotional price or with a discount code, return the product and re-order it from the online shop, as you would for a normal priced product. If the product is no longer available in our online store at the same promotional price or the discount code is no longer valid, the customer is not entitled to exchange the product at the promotional price, but must pay the price shown in the online store at that time.
How do I return a product?
For international orders follow steps below
Step 1 All customers: Fill in the return form you will find in your parcel. If you are missing the form contact our customer service info@aquaction.fi and we will then send you a return label.
Step 2 Pack the item(s) carefully. Use the original packaging if possible.
Step 3 Use the return label included in your package and attach it on top of the package. Make sure it covers all original address information.
Step 4. Check the contact information of your local Service Point and return parcel there. If you are returning parcel from Finland, Sweden, or Denmark find you closest service point here. If you are returning parcel in any country check you closest service point here.
Step 5. You made it! Remember to keep the receipt and wait your parcel to return to our warehouse, after that you will receive the refund. If we need information from you we will contact you via email.
Products have a statutory 30-day exchange and return period, with the exception of racing suits (Carbon series). There is no exchange or return policy on purchased racing suits, we sell all suits untried in order to maintain the factory warranty on the suits. Note: we will not honour orders returned in any other way.

You can make a return at any Matkahuolto return point (no vending machines), take the package to the counter and tell them the return code.
No new postage will be charged for the return. You can find the nearest return point at: matkahuolto.fi/palvelupisteet

The product must be in perfect resale condition, unused and clean, and the sales packaging must be intact. The hygiene cover must be in place on the product to be returned.
If the product is damaged or broken, please send us an explanation of how the damage occurred when returning the product.
